BOSTON, Mass. — The Law Offices of Todd M. Friedman, P.C., a nationally recognized plaintiffs’ litigation firm, is proud to announce the opening of its new Back Bay Boston office, expanding the firm’s ability to represent employees and consumers throughout Massachusetts.
The expansion reflects the firm’s continued growth and its commitment to providing exceptional plaintiff-side representation in jurisdictions with some of the nation’s strongest employee and consumer protection laws. The Boston office will be led by Partner Meghan George, who is licensed in both Massachusetts and California and will oversee the firm’s Massachusetts litigation practice.
“For decades, our firm has been committed to standing up for individuals whose rights have been violated,” said Todd M. Friedman, Founder and Managing Partner of the Law Offices of Todd M. Friedman, P.C. “Massachusetts has long been a leader in protecting employees and consumers, making Boston a natural next step in our firm’s continued growth. We are excited to bring our experience, resources, and client-centered approach to individuals and businesses throughout the Commonwealth.”
The Boston office will focus on representing employees in all aspects of employment/workplace litigation, including claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower protections, wrongful termination, disability accommodations, pregnancy discrimination, religious accommodations, family and medical leave, wage and hour violations, employee misclassification, equal pay violations, unpaid wages and overtime, executive compensation disputes, employment agreements, and other violations of state and federal employment laws.
The firm will also represent consumers and businesses in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including claims arising under the Massachusetts Consumer Protection Act (Chapter 93A), automobile Lemon Law cases, warranty disputes, Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act claims, insurance bad faith, unfair claim settlement practices, automobile fraud, deceptive business practices, breach of contract, and other consumer protection matters.
A central focus of the firm’s Massachusetts practice will be litigation under Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 93A, one of the nation’s most comprehensive consumer protection statutes. The firm also intends to build a leading Massachusetts Lemon Law practice by representing consumers facing persistent vehicle defects, warranty violations, and manufacturer misconduct.
“Our firm has built its reputation by aggressively advocating for individuals against employers, manufacturers, insurance companies, and other large corporations,” Friedman said. “Opening our Boston office allows us to extend that same commitment to clients throughout Massachusetts while continuing to grow our national plaintiffs’ practice.”
Located in the heart of Boston’s Back Bay, the new office will serve clients throughout Massachusetts while working seamlessly with the firm’s existing offices and attorneys across the country.
